3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
- Submit required documents on time
- Attend the booked appointment at the assigned place and time
- Pay all required charges (service fees plus government and center fees)
- Comply with applicable travel and immigration laws
- Inform us immediately about important changes to your information
- Not use our services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
4. Fees and Payment
Service Fees
Our service fees are separate from government fees and application center fees. All charges are clarified before service starts.
Payment Terms
- Service fees must be paid in advance before processing starts
- Government fees are paid directly to the relevant center
- Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
- If we cancel the service, a full refund will be issued
Refund Policy
Service fees are non-refundable in the following cases:
- Application refusal by the relevant authority
- Client-initiated cancellation
- Failure to attend a booked appointment
- Submission of incorrect or misleading information or documents
- Cancellation after processing has started and appointment has been booked
5. Warranties and Limited Liability
We do not guarantee:
- Approval of any application
- A fixed processing timeline
- Availability of appointments on specific dates
- Any specific outcome
Our responsibility is limited to professional support and guidance, best-effort document preparation, and appointment facilitation based on availability.
Disclaimer: We are not responsible for decisions made by embassies, consulates, or application centers, including delays or refusals. Our maximum liability is limited to the service fees paid to us.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
By the Client
- Cancellation before processing may be accepted with a 20% administrative deduction
- After appointment booking, service fees are non-refundable
- Rescheduling is subject to appointment availability and applicable charges
- Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 48 hours before the appointment
By Odit Discovery
- We reserve the right to reject or cancel any request
- If we cancel the service, a full refund will be issued
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of major changes in advance
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
- All submitted information and documents are handled confidentially
- Data is shared with third parties only when necessary to deliver services
- Encryption and secure practices are used to protect data
